Hi my name is Debbie , my beautiful Pearl Davis and her friend Shana were killed by an underage DUI driver in 2007 , Pearl was just 21. Sanna 22 , Shana had 2 small children who were left without there beautiful Mother. Pearl  was still in school ,she had just finished her first year in college ,and so looking forward to her future. In  less than 1 mile 3min of getting on the road  they were both killed, and there driver was critical injured,  my goal is to never  let this happen to another family, our loss is great , the DUI driver got 30 years
